The order recites allegations that between February 14, 1983 and June 11, 1988 he conspired with [Carlos Cardoen](/people/carlos-cardoen/) and others to export zirconium from the United States to Chile contrary to the terms of export licenses, which were issued on the basis of the conspirators' prior representations.[^1] Under a consent agreement, the order denied him export privileges for ten years, with the last five years suspended for five years beginning five years from the date of the order, provided that he met his obligations to the government and committed no violation during the suspension.[^1] ### Florida registry records The Florida Division of Corporations lists Augusto Giangrandi as president (PDT) of Swissco Management Group, Inc., document H19133, filed in 1984 as Swissco Investing, Inc. and renamed [Westfield Holdings](/organizations/swissco-management-group/), Inc. in 1990, with Jorge Ondarza as VS and Abbey Kaplan as registered agent. He is president of Swissco Leasing, Inc.
