• George K. Pender Engineer who founded First Intercontinental Development Corporation in 1970, according to his 1999 obituary, and signed the 1983 FIDCO letters on the reconstruction of Lebanon that Cheri Seymour published.
• Michael Riconosciuto Michael Riconosciuto is a computer scientist and convicted methamphetamine manufacturer who claimed to have modified PROMIS software for a Wackenhut-Cabazon venture and became a central source for Danny Casolaro's Octopus investigation.
• Philip Arthur Thompson Convicted of the 1980 Burlingame UPS robbery-kidnappings and, in 2008, of the 1971 murder of Betty Cloer; named by Michael Riconosciuto as Paul Morasca's killer and described by others as an FBI informant.
